Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration and Operations Specialist to join our team in Markham. In this vital role, you’ll act as a central hub for communication and coordination across sales, operations, and customer support. You’ll support the team by managing sales processes, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries; route them to the appropriate team member
  • Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and updates
  • Manage end-of-month invoicing and support billing accuracy
  • Support project tracking and basic project management tasks
  • Provide first-level technical support or direct inquiries to technical experts
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless internal workflows
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sales processes and administrative tools
  • Experience with inventory systems and basic project coordination is an asset
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products or systems is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience
