Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration and Operations Specialist to join our team in Markham. In this vital role, you’ll act as a central hub for communication and coordination across sales, operations, and customer support. You’ll support the team by managing sales processes, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries; route them to the appropriate team member
- Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
- Assist with inventory adjustments and updates
- Manage end-of-month invoicing and support billing accuracy
- Support project tracking and basic project management tasks
- Provide first-level technical support or direct inquiries to technical experts
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless internal workflows
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales processes and administrative tools
- Experience with inventory systems and basic project coordination is an asset
- Knowledge of industrial automation products or systems is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience
