Responsibilities:- As a Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Data Conversion resource, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.

  • Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Data Migrations is required.
  • Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Data Access, Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, and Data Processing is suggested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment. Here’s What You Need:- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in data conversion and migration within Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, or CCS).
  • Proven experience managing data conversion workstreams in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle CC&B data structures and conversion architecture.
  • Ability to define and apply transformation logic, mapping rules, and transcoding strategies.
  • Familiarity with pre-load validation, reconciliation, and historical data archiving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If:- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with multiple teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage and contribute to team decisions while fostering a positive team environment.
