Job Summary Execute the preparation of SOPs, General procedures, updating masters in applicable ERP system, archival of documentation as per current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.

The incumbent will assure individual compliance with the all concerned regulatory requirements, GxP’s and applicable department programs, including training, documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and Sun Pharma Global Quality Policies, Standards and Procedures.

Area Of Responsibility

  • Issuance and control of all GMP Documents (Like Forms, Logbooks, Lab Notebooks etc)
  • Archival and retrieval of all GMP Documents
  • Protocol /Reports numbering and issuance and maintain the tracker of status for issued protocols
  • Issuance of the Batch records through BRMS software and Maintaining Master Binders for Manufacturing & Packaging related BMR’s & PBR’s
  • Reconciliation of the forms issued through EDMS software
  • Closing the action items related to Doc cell activities in Trackwise
  • Full fill the documents request from CFT’s and support for the regulatory document requests
  • Provide the documents & assistance during the regulatory and customer audits
  • Performs word processing and data entry tasks
  • Scans and store the documents electronically
  • Creates document file folders and maintain history files
  • Assists in monitoring documentation due for periodic review
  • Adheres to written policies and procedures related to performing assigned tasks
  • Files and performs other organizational tasks
  • Coordinate the labeling and scheduling of boxes to be maintained at offsite storage location
  • Responsible for reviewing and identifying all of the Quality documentation located in stored boxes, and to transfer all of the content of the boxes to the site inventory spreadsheet
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education And Job Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of GxP’s, cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, both written and verbal, skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and MS Access
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently or with others as needed.
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • The requirement for English language proficiency for this job role is Intermediate-B1+ (comparable to Global CEFR Independent B1) level based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in an international multicultural matrix organization.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $69,000 to $76,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
