As the Kitchen Manager at Project Gigglewater, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and maintaining our standards of excellence. This position is essential to our mission of providing an unforgettable dining experience in a lively bar setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment.
- Menu development (We like to keep our menu fresh with new items from time to time)
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet our high standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food service regulations and best practices.
