About the role

Job description:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the attainment of our industry leading customer experience, and parts & service goals at dealerships in the assigned district.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

-    Analyze aftersales operations, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to ensure dealership provides proper brand image while improving dealership profitability

-    Manage retail Parts & Accessories sales targets and optimize performance in the district

o    Manage dealer sales target achievement and loyalty levels

o    Manage accessory sales processes & accessory PNVR achievement

o    Support service marketing campaigns

o    Support and manage booking programs

o    Support national accounts (chemicals, tires, etc.)

o    Backorder & VOR inquiries

-    Review and grow dealership fixed operations:

o    customer retention

o    dealership service processes (DSOM)

o    fixed absorption

o    customer pay sales

o    workshop capacity, efficiency, and productivity

o    service department profitability

o    utilization of Digital Service Services

-    Customer Experience Service process

o    Dealership reviews

o    Tablet check in process

o    Mystery shops

o    Customer Relations incidents / Dealer Case Management for service cases

o    Collaborate with DSM for Signature dealership reviews

-    Support Hyundai’s exclusive Signature Certification program service deliverables

-    Work collaboratively with Zone Warranty Support Manager to address dealer warranty performance concerns

-    High opportunity Dealer root cause/action planning

-    Aftersales Training Registrations / Technical Training (team member certification)

-    Dealer participation of national touch points, i.e. PoP, digital displays, tablet-based services, and Hyundai Digital Service

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

-    Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education

-    5-7 year of relevant experience in the same or similar positions 

-    Decision making and critical thinking

-    Excellent MS Office skills.

-    Excellent communication skills in both English and French (oral and written) 

-    Action oriented 

-    Excellent organization and negotiation skills

-    Experience in Automotive Aftersales an asset 

-    Technical automotive knowledge

-    Ability to manage diverse groups and deal with change

-    Ability to maintain a professional image to internal and external customers

-    Excellent organization and negotiation skills

-    Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driver abstract

-    Ability to work independently and travel on a regular basis
