What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the heartbeat of multimodal transit planning, working closely with drivers, terminals, and key partners like Oceanex, CN, and CP to ensure everything stays on track. From real-time shipment tracking to making sure our drivers have everything they need to succeed, you’ll tackle operational challenges head-on and help deliver excellence every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep safety and operational procedures top of mind in all you do

Collaborate with business partners and customers to keep freight moving
-
Maximize equipment use and avoid unnecessary costs through smart planning
-
Support multimodal transit across trucks, vessels, and rails
-
Help plan cost-effective, efficient transit routes
-
Keep drivers informed and equipped with all paperwork and trip details
-
Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and work with carriers to keep things moving
-
Take care of admin tasks like billing, RV creation, and reporting
-
Identify opportunities to improve and share them with the team
-
Jump into meetings, training, and team huddles to stay aligned
-
Help plan driver vacation coverage and update leadership on transit visibility
-
Support the Multimodal Operations Manager as business needs evolve
What You Bring to the Table:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Confidence in making decisions and handling changing priorities

Solid time management and multitasking abilities
-
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
