Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer queries via phone and email
• Share information about our products and services
• Solve customer issues and find great solutions
• Keep track of customer interactions with accurate data entry
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience
• Demonstrate professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Find opportunities to recommend services that fit our customer needs
• Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with good data entry skills

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
