- Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
