What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and guide patients through their visit with warmth and enthusiasm
- Assist in delivering optimal orthodontic care and educate patients on their treatment journey
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical space
- Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, respectful, and fun work environment
- Jump into a fast-paced day with positive energy and a service mindset
- Support your Orthodontist and leadership team with delegated clinical tasks
What You Bring to the Team:
- CDA Certification and successful completion of the NDAEB Exam
- Orthodontic Module completed
- Experience as a Dental Assistant (ortho experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you make patients feel at ease
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for patient care and a collaborative spirit
