We are dedicated to preserving the timeless art of sport fishing while nurturing the next generation of anglers. Our mission is to provide an unparalleled luxury fishing experience that not only immerses our guests in the natural beauty of our surroundings but also instills a deep appreciation for fishing and the environment.
This full-time position has a contract length from now to mid- September.
Get to know us:
Drive west along one of the most scenic highways in Canada through the spectacular mountainous landscape of Strathcona Park and the village of Gold River towards Tahsis. Approximately 2 hours by road from Campbell River on Vancouver Island is Moutcha Bay Resort, on the waters of Nootka Sound.
Requirements of Breakfast Server:
F&B Experience.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic numeracy and cash handling experience.
Serving it Right certification.
Duties of Breakfast Server:
Create a positive dining experience for guests.
Prepare, set, and clear tables according to standards, paying special attention to cleanliness and atmosphere.
Take guest’s food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Anticipate guest needs and suggest add-ons to increase cheque averages.
Serving food to guests as prepared by the kitchen in a timely manner.
Answer questions about the resort, the restaurant, the menu, and the local area with a positive attitude.
Offering refills, pairing, toppings, and add-ons as appropriate.
Process payments, provide change, and create cash-outs.
Continuously communicate with the kitchen and other service team members in a respectful and proactive manner
