Strategic Brand Manager: You have experience building, managing, and evolving a brand. You ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels, reinforcing High North Laboratories’ reputation for quality, accuracy, and insights.
Great Communicator: You have excellent oral and written communication. You can clearly articulate messages and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong Project Manager: You excel at multitasking, allocating and optimizing resources, and managing deadlines. You take ownership of tasks from start to finish and ensure all stakeholders stay informed.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to support High North’s brand positioning and business objectives.
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, visual elements, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update and maintain the company website.
- Partner with company experts to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs under High North Education.
- Create compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, key presentations, speeches, and executive bios.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, workshops, industry conferences, and public-facing engagements to enhance brand awareness.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand exposure.
- Coordinate media relations, arrange interviews, and act as a spokesperson for the company when required.
- Work with internal team to organize events and initiatives at High North or for the organization.
- Design and develop marketing collateral, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and branded materials.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Executive Team.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and large event planning.
- Highly proficient in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and marketing tools (Eventbrite, Canva, and HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (Google Analytics, Ad Solutions, , including social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
- Experience with graphic design and branding, ensuring brand consistency across materials.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong people skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced French written and verbal communication skills (an asset).
Additional Requirements:
- May be required to pass an education/employment verification.
