Please note:

New agents will receive a salary during probation while being mentored by an experienced broker team.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
What you'll be doing:
-
Receiving and processing inbound mortgage inquiries/applications
-
Calling clients, collecting documents and helping them through the mortgage process
-
Underwriting and placing applications with Prime, Alternative and Private lenders
-
Organizing files, documents and preparing contracts
-
Liaising with lenders, lawyers
Applicants must have:
-
Sales Experience and track record of success, ideally including remote
-
Technological proficiency and eagerness to learn new systems
-
Patience to work with clients over a long sales cycle
-
License to offer mortgages in BC (BCFSA), Ontario (FSRAO) or Alberta (RECA)
