Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as Caseware, Quickbooks, Profile, or other relevant tools to manage financial data.
- Support budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Korean and English bilingual is must.
