Senior Manager, Practice Marketing As an impactful leader within our in-house marketing team, the Senior Manager, Practice Marketing spearheads strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth across Lifemark’s network of rehabilitation brands and clinics. This role is accountable for developing and executing comprehensive local marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, patient acquisition, and clinic performance on a regional scale.
You will play a crucial role in aligning national marketing priorities with local execution, guiding regional and clinic teams in the development of data-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Balancing high-level strategic marketing planning with hands-on execution you will collaborate closely with our marketing, regional operations, and clinical teams to ensure marketing programs align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate loves wearing multiple hats, developing strong relationships with internal teams, showcasing how marketing can drive results all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive local marketing strategies with clear objectives and success metrics.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, referral pathways, and community presence.
- Act as the primary liaison for regions and clinics, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and operational goals.
- Support the launch and promotion of important local initiatives such as new services, clinic openings, rebranding and local events.
- Act as a brand steward by overseeing brand consistency, driving quality and compliance of all marketing materials across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate on clinic refreshes and rebrands, supporting the successful execution of our brand to create exceptional in-clinic experiences for our patients.
- Lead projects supporting department-wide goals with regional and local rollout initiatives.
- Guide other practice marketing team member(s) in supporting clinics across our network; and continuing to improve workflows and processes to ensure scalability, efficiency and transparency.
- Leverage data analytics, market insights, and patient behavior trends to inform marketing strategies while uncovering new growth opportunities for local practices.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience focused on local/regional or multi-location strategy.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Success in managing integrated marketing programs at a local level while aligning to national approaches.
- Proficient in a range of marketing channels and creating effective marketing plans with an optimized channel mix.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across a number of different functions.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow platforms like Zendesk or Asana (or similar).
- A proactive mindset focused on solutions with a customer-first approach.
