We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager of Sales to lead our sales team, drive membership growth, and ensure an exceptional experience for every member.
Job Summary
As the General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing strategic plans to increase revenue, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the gym’s growth and success by fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed membership and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to engage with members and prospects.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- Weekends as needed
