PDI Bulk is looking for a detailed-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Account Representative to work in a fast-paced environment for our Guelph location!

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment, accuracy is a must.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
• Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to stay organized & to prioritize tasks.
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred.
• MS Office mid to high experience & Knowledge of SAP an asset
• Ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively.
• Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write)
