About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users, handling all inbound support emails and ensuring each one receives a timely, helpful, and friendly response.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to all inbound customer support emails through our help desk system
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step guidance
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate bugs or gather user feedback
- Maintain and improve our internal knowledge base and canned responses
- Identify patterns in user feedback and report insights to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Empathy and patience when dealing with users of all technical levels
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (we use Zendesk, Notion, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support is a bonus
