About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first line of contact for our users, handling all inbound support emails and ensuring each one receives a timely, helpful, and friendly response.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to all inbound customer support emails through our help desk system
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step guidance
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate bugs or gather user feedback
  • Maintain and improve our internal knowledge base and canned responses
  • Identify patterns in user feedback and report insights to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with users of all technical levels
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (we use Zendesk, Notion, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer support is a bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
