Summary
As a Business Development & Sales Representative, you will support the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients. You will collaborate with our team to build custom proposals, craft sales materials, and maintain client relationships. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional media solutions and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the global digital advertising space.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up.
- Preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and custom campaign solutions.
- Work with the internal team to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
- Support the creation of marketing and sales materials, including case studies, and landing pages.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed on trends in digital advertising, media buying, and the RallyAd's vertical.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (internships count).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest or experience in digital marketing, performance media, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Experience creating sales decks or marketing collateral is an asset.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital media or advertising industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
