General purpose of the position: The Technician is responsible for the diagnostics, testing and repair of a variety of mobile phones, computers, tablets and game consoles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and testing on a variety of consumer products including Android, iPhone's, iPad's, Apple Watches, Computers and more Assist customers with repair inquiries and provide customers with repair quotations Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis, carried out in a knowledgeable, and professional manner. Adhere to all of the company's policies and procedures, and keep up to date on current information Flexible availability based on business needs Create amazing experiences for customers Set priorities and deliver results within deadlines Manage inventory Provide administrative support and repair services: cracked screens, liquid damage, factory restore, battery replacements, charging port, speaker replacement, LCD/digitizer replacement, hard drive cloning, operating system installation, multimeter usage, soldering.

The candidate must possess customer service and communications skills geared towards explaining technical information to uninformed customers. They must be a team player with problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. They must be organized with a excellent memory and a outstanding attention to detail, and must able to work independently with no supervision.
