Cozy Up Stays is a growing hospitality company based in Sarnia, Ontario. We offer warm, welcoming short-term rental experiences with a personal touch. As our business expands, we’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an in-person Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves managing contracts, organizing meetings, filing receipts, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of contracts and client documents
- Schedule meetings with clients and internal team members
- Track and manage client contracts, deadlines, and updates
- File and organize receipts and documents for accounting
- Support other administrative needs as they arise
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be based in or near Sarnia, Ontario and available for in-person work
