JOB DESCRIPTION
AAA Canada is looking for an Electronics Technician Inspector to add his or her expertise to our team.
Responsibilities
Candidates will test, diagnose and inspect all types of electrical, electronic and electromechanical parts for compliance with specifications, as well as provide technical support to internal and external customers according to the conditions, criteria and details required for the position.
Skills and qualifications
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) in electronics or recognized training in soldering techniques covering all CAE products would be an asset.
- Windows proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of drawings, electronic schematics and technical notes.
- Knowledge of printed circuit boards, measuring instruments and tooling.
- Knowledge of commercial, military and aerospace material standards.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including WHMIS.
- Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation.
Required experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Aerospace.
