We are seeking a strong administrative and highly organized Corporate Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The Corporate Executive Assistant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the following:
- Support the executive and finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards as needed.
- Creation of Board and committee meeting presentations and take meeting minutes.
- Attend Executive/Board meetings to write action items and notes.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled KPI reports for leadership.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel for the executive team.
- Scheduling meetings for executive and finance leadership.
- Expense reports and time tracking for executive team.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred
- Admin course is preferred but not required
- Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
Skills:
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate as a team player
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to take direction well and carry out meticulous instructions
- High level of attention to detail
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities as needed
Working conditions:
- Ability to work on internal systems for long periods of time
- Ability to work from home as required
