Job Summary:
The Roofing Project Manager oversees and manages roofing projects from inception to completion. This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Roofing Project Manager will coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional roofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations

Schedule and oversee project kick-off meetings
-

Team Management:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
-
Supervise and manage on-site roofing crews
-
Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
-

Quality Control and compliance:
-
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
-
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
-
Address and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies promptly
-

Budget and Cost Management:
-
Prepare and manage project budgets
-
Monitor expenses and ensure projects remain within budget
-
Approve and process invoices and payments
-

Client Communication and Relationship Management
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
-
Provide regular updates on [project status and address any concerns
-
Effective communication and problem solving
-

Risk Management
-
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
-
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
-
Address and resolve any safety incidents or accidents
-

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients
-
Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
-
Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry, minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the roofing or construction industry
-
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and industry standards
-
Excellent leadership and team management skills
-
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, and climbing
Work Environment:

Work is performed on construction sites and in office settings
-
Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction hazards
