Position Overview The PSA Lead position will work with Articulate Integration & Technologies, RMC’s electrical and smart automation division. This role is responsible for managing business operations and documentation within the ConnectWise ecosystem and requires strong business technology competence, organizational and communication skills, operational and financial fluency, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service in a changing environment. This position will work closely with key stakeholders in various departments to ensure accurate reporting, process optimization, and support in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, repeatable operational systems.

Improve cross-team coordination, reduce inefficiencies, and support long-term organizational growth without adding unnecessary complexity.

Identify and track organization inefficiencies where policy or process can benefit without impacting overall productiveness.
-
Manage accounts receivable and payable with a high degree of accuracy.
-
Lead invoicing with a customer-centric, high-resolution approach.
-
Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
-
Use ConnectWise to maintain accurate data in procurement, time entries, expenses, and overall project/service ticket documentation in line with internal policies.
-
Lead the purchasing team and maintain clear procurement policies.
-
Ensure procurement team adheres to established policies and procedures.
-
Support cycle-counts and full-counts periodically and effectively addressing redundancies.
-
Ensure chain of custody for tools and materials are reflected within ConnectWise.
-
Align with stakeholders to ensure supply chain processes support production efficiency.
-
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly service master reports to provide clear insights into project and service performance.
-
Create and audit system reporting within ConnectWise to reflect any required metrics, where this is impossible, define limitations of software and create process to use alternate systems (excel, SSRS) to generate required documentation.

Oversee daily updates to service reports and electrician notes.

Review and validate entries for completeness and accuracy.

Understand service and pricing details to communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers.

Assist with new hire on-boarding, ensuring new employees have required tools and training, feel welcomed to the team, and are set up for success within their new role.

ConnectWise Administration responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-
Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and templates.
-
Manage user roles, permissions, and account access.
-
Set up, audit, and maintain projects, tasks, and tickets.
-
Enforce rules for time tracking, billing, and approvals.
-
Ensure consistent data quality across clients, projects, and resources.
-
Generate and distribute standard and custom reports.
-
Support and troubleshoot integrations (CRM, accounting, etc.).
-
Collaborate with finance to align PSA/ERP structures with accounting and GL setup.
-
Work with service teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely ticket/project closures.
-
Continuously improve system use and automation across departments.
-
Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols across operations.
-
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by taking on additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of administration experience, preferrable in an accounting capacity.
- 1+ years of prior supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ConnectWise.

Work Environment
