Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Software Development Team Lead for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Act as the team lead for the development and support of software applications
- Mentor and coach the members of the team
- Contribute to the delivery of quality and stable applications
- Act as a single point of contact between customers and the development team on the daily
- Ensure projects follow up and be responsible for implementing changes and fixes
- Work closely with other technical teams to analyze incidents and propose solutions
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in development, at least 3 in a team lead position
- Professional experience in .NET and web services development
- Good knowledge of database (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL)
- Mentoring skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Professional experience in banking or capital markets (asset)
- BAC in computer science or the equivalent
- Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
