As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Courier Dispatcher to join our fast-paced operations team.

Position Overview:
The Courier Dispatcher is responsible for managing incoming delivery requests, planning efficient routes, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining smooth day-to-day logistics. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and provide courteous, helpful customer service
• Create, schedule, and dispatch delivery jobs accurately and efficiently
• Monitor daily delivery routes and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Communicate effectively with drivers and support their day-to-day needs
• Use critical thinking to resolve scheduling or routing conflicts
• Occasionally assist with small package deliveries as needed
• Maintain a calm and professional attitude in a high-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
• Accept feedback and take direction constructively

• Friendly and professional when working with both customers and drivers

• Open to feedback and able to take direction and criticism well
• Previous dispatching or courier experience is an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred
