Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and research.
- Effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and customer expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or account management within a sales environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
