About the role
Job Title: Billing Administrator (Contract - 3 to 6 Months)
Our Client: Our client is a long-standing partner of ours - a growing organization in the construction and tech infrastructure space with a strong project pipeline and a collaborative team environment. They're looking to add a Billing Administrator on a contract basis (3-6 months) to support project and work order billing functions.
Location: Vaughan | Hybrid after 1 month (3-4 days in office)
Compensation: $20-25/hr depending on experience
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
- Full-cycle billing for Work Orders and Projects
- Preparing and submitting billing packages using SAP and Salesforce
- Liaising with project admins and operations teams to gather required documentation
- Performing monthly reconciliations and reports
- Ensuring billing aligns with client contracts and updating customer portals
- Supporting additional administrative or project-related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Pre-requisites:
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in billing, accounting, or administration
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of initiative
