Graphic Production Artist
Position Summary
At Lifemark, we are passionate about enriching the health of Canadians through rehabilitative care. As a Graphic Production Artist, you’ll play a key role in executing a wide range of creative projects for Lifemark’s in-house healthcare marketing team. From national campaigns to local clinic materials, you'll help bring ideas to life across print, digital, and multimedia channels. Your day-to-day work will include transforming creative concepts into polished, production-ready files, supporting routine updates using established templates and frameworks, and producing multiple variations of existing designs tailored for different regions, formats, or audiences.
This is a highly collaborative role—you’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and clinic stakeholders to ensure our deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and technically sound. As part of this role, you will contribute to lead generation and promotion of the Lifemark Health Group family of brands by developing campaign collateral, refining event material layouts, versioning service brochures, and creating clinic evacuation plans. You will be successful in the role if you display technical precision and attention to detail, delivering high-quality marketing pieces under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Production & Prep
- Build and finalize layouts in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for print, digital, web, social, and in-clinic media
- Apply revisions and updates with speed and precision based on feedback and markups
- Prepare error-free, production-ready files with proper formatting, resolution, and technical specs
- Quality Control & Brand Compliance
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and licensing requirements
- Reflect our focus on diversity and inclusivity through images depicted in creative material
- Review files for alignment, typography, color accuracy, and print-readiness
- Maintain high standards of visual accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with designers, marketing primes, and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
- Communicate proactively with team members to solve production challenges and meet deadlines
- Participate in team reviews and contribute ideas to improve workflows and output
- Asset Management & Versioning

Version designs across multiple formats and channels while maintaining consistency

Organize and manage digital assets and maintain clear file naming and archiving systems

Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in a similar graphic production role (healthcare or agency experience a plus)

Diploma or degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

Strong understanding of pre-press, print production, and digital asset delivery

Experience in social and digital media production formats

Excellent organizational and file management skills

Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

Attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
