The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain rejection codes to ensure accurate processing
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Reconcile strategic vendor accounts with precision and consistency
- Provide support to the accounts payable team by delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and statistics across all payables
- Optimize daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be shared with management, identifying opportunities for improving overall AP performance
- Maintain accounts payable databases and ensure all records, procedures, and practices comply with company policies
- Update and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical and data synthesis skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Knowledge of CAP standards
- Results-driven and client-focused
