Type of contract: Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) . Location: Montreal or Saint Bruno (Quebec, Canada)
Could you be the VIE Accounting Support we’re looking for?
Your future role Reporting to the Regional Accounting Director, we’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End accounting closure process for Canadian and US holding entities (5 entities).
- Performing variance analysis (Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash-flow) to support the FP&A team.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
- Contributing to the preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Supporting auditors during their annual audit process.
- Providing additional financial support as needed.

- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance.
- Experience or understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with financial statement preparation and reconciliation processes.
- The ability to work fluently in both French and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
