About the role

The Opportunity

  • The individual will be required to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This position will be casual on a call-in basis depending on upcoming events at Bonnetts Energy Centre.
  • The individual will report to the Finance/Box Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Great Guest and Client Front-line Services
  • Box office ticketing and orders
  • Selling merchandise
  • Scanning tickets if needed

You Bring

  • As a Customer Service Representative at Bonnetts Energy Centre, you are high energy and love serving customers. The Bonnetts Energy Centre events are loud and crowded, you must be comfortable in this environment.
  • You are personable and friendly, that always puts the customer first.
  • Experience in a position that handles money, an asset.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software.

Hours On-call basis, event dependent (concerts/hockey games/tradeshows).

Salary/Wage Salary currently under review.
