Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading services within Addiction & Mental Health.

Who you are
You have worked in a healthcare setting for a minimum of 5 years. You have 3 years experience with supervising others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Ability to attend work on a regular basis,
Ability to perform the duties of the position, Good work record.
You have a University Degree in a related field. You must be licensed or registered and a member in good standing of the respective provincial and / or national associations as determined by the profession.
Written and spoken competence in English is required.

- Participating in strategic planning for the service, and leading operational planning for the zone
- Directing, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the provision of services
- Managing fiscal and human resources to ensure the quality and safety of service delivery
- Ensuring adherence with professional practice standards, as well Horizon Health Network policies, processes and procedures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to provide comprehensive, integrated services
- Leading special projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in the recruitment, selection and professional development of staff
- Mentoring, coaching and providing staff with feedback on
