Summary:
- Provides confidential services to administration, performs clerical, reception and bookkeeping services
- Ensures the efficient and effective operation of the school office, typically in a single person office.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
- Completion of the Applied Business Technology Program or Administrative Assistant Certificate
- B.C. Driver's License – class 5 with an exemplary driving record as demonstrated by a current driver's abstract.
- Three years of current relevant office experience, preferably in a school environment, including 12 months of current relevant bookkeeping experience
- WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures
