Woodbridge Pallet is a leading manufacturer of new and recycled pallets, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality and efficiency. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Pallet Builder to join our production team at our Bowmanville location.
What you will do:
- Operate pneumatic nail guns to assemble and repair wooden pallets efficiently and accurately
- Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment
What we require:
- 2 plus years’ prior experience as a Pallet Builder or in a similar wood assembly role is required
- Comfortable using hand tools, nail guns, and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Woodbridge Pallet utilizes an indoor facility comprising of 140,000 square feet complete with 20 loading docks for producing, storing, and transport maneuverability within the Greater Toronto Area. To surpass demand and quality requests, we have incorporated conveyor systems, automated sorting, stacking, repair and nailing equipment to assist in the demand for proficient and prompt pallet construction and repair.
