Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by active listening and taking ownership of issues
- Organizing and maintaining all aspects of order processing for both local and national account customers
- Effectively responding to customer inquiries and concerns; keeping customers informed of the status of their inquiries and transactions
- Preparing sales quotes, invoices, pricing sheets and shipping documents
- Responsible for accurately completing order entries
- Handle inbound and outbound calls using specific interaction guidelines
- Adapt and grow with change while taking initiative to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
- Administrative duties such as providing reports, updates and scheduling
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- 1-2 years customer service experience including inbound and outbound calling
- Bilingual is an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet customer requests
- Superior organization, multi-tasking and accuracy with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues while remaining calm under pressure
- Experience using SAP as asset
- Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office
