The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Service Advisor for its Lakeland Kia dealership. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a team environment.

As the successful applicant you will:

• Have superior customer service skills
• Previous automotive knowledge or dealership experience
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely organized
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be self motivated
• Ability to work independently and as a team

In this exciting role, you will:

• Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner, let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon
• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when vehicles work will be completed
• Obtain customer and vehicle data
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
• Review work performed, answer any questions and explain charges and coverage
• Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
• Advise customers of parts ordered and make an appointment to have them installed before customer leaves
