Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) designation
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
  • Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in long-term care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • This is a permanent, full-time position with evening shifts.
