Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of care to residents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) designation
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- This is a permanent, full-time position with evening shifts.
