Location: Calgary or Vancouver

Job Description
- Primary Skill is Domain | Core Industry : Example Past experience in say Nutrien , Potash Corp , West Fraser , Paper Excellence , Viterra , Weyerhaeuser , etc
- OR Worked in Consulting Role ( NON-IT ) Accenture, EY etc - we can also look , provided CTC is manageable
- Non-IT is OK ; JD is requesting exposure to Technology not any competency : This is Non-Technology Role
Required Skills -

12+ years of Advisory, Consulting or Working Industry Experience in Manufacturing Industry like Fertilizer, Minning, Forestry, Paper Pulp any Non-Energy related industry.

Must have a keen interest in all aspects of providing advisory services across business functions across multiple areas of Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence, Customer Experience & Sustainability.

Firsthand experience of leading successful advisory & consulting projects & programs.

Able to analyze data at basic |advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making including drive related analysis including company benchmarking.

Must have exposure to at least one ERP platform as applied to Manufacturing Industry.

Have exposure to Digital Technologies like AI, Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Digital, etc.

Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPointh.

Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior client executives.
