Location: Calgary & Surrounding Area (Okotoks to Calgary North)
We’re looking for a driven, passionate Studio Manager to join our growing team across multiple studio locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and know how to lead a team while driving results — we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in sales — someone who can hit targets and inspire others
- Experience in business operations — budgeting, inventory, KPIs, and day-to-day execution
- Strong team leadership — hiring, training, motivating, and managing staff
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience
- Flexibility to work across Calgary and surrounding areas (Okotoks to North Calgary)
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of your assigned studio
- Coach and develop your team to deliver strong sales and excellent service
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio environment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage scheduling and promotions
- Be the key leader responsible for studio performance
Compensation:
We offer $18/hour to start — but don’t let that fool you. With commission and bonus opportunities built into our pay structure, top performers can earn $30+/hour. If you’re motivated by results, this is a place where your hustle will pay off.
