Position Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assistance in Workiva/ESG Admin work ongoing basis

• Assistance in cleaning up the Workiva templates, SAP master data tables

• Monthly ESG region and global statement analysis and data quality reviews

• Participate to Sustainability Australian requirements config in Workiva

• Facilitate the operations of the Sustainability Reporting Group and regions

• Evaluate current business practices and processes and implement improvements

• Evaluation and propose AI agents and bots cases to generate value and transform business

• Aid in ad-hoc research requests

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency in Excel is required

• Outstanding communication skills – oral, written and presentation

• Strong attention to detail

• Works well under pressure, change and ambiguity

• Ability to meet constant deadlines

• Makes realistic, practical, value-based decisions

• Prioritizes work and excellent time management skills

• Knowledge of IFRS is an asset, but not required

• OneStream/SAP/Workiva reporting system experience preferred
