Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
What will you be doing? Are you a JIB Approved Electrician who takes pride in safe, high-quality work.
You’ll carry out installations to the highest standards, confidently interpret technical drawings, and work independently to get the job done right.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping projects on track—requisitioning materials, supporting others, and ensuring everything meets industry regulations.

What You’ll Bring
- Meet the requirements for the Electrician grade
- Have 2+ years’ post-training experience in installation or maintenance
- Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Inspection & Testing, such as:
- City & Guilds 2391-52
- EAL Level 3
- NET Advanced Assessment of Competence (AAC)
- Or an equivalent qualification

Plant & Fleet Solutions support our frontline operations by providing compliant, innovative and fit-for-purpose Vehicles, Plant and Equipment, whilst reviewing new market developments and products that help meet our Safety, Sustainability and Operational Efficiency Objectives.
Our focus is upon providing quality support to our customers to enable them to maximise productivity through the provision of relevant specialist equipment, maintenance and support. All of the equipment and vehicles that we supply are procured with the sole intention of them being used in group related activities, allowing us to focus on the specifications and particular requirements of the group.
We currently provide a comprehensive fleet of over 5,500 trucks, vans and cars, together with over 15,000 items of general plant and specialist utilities equipment from our Regional Supply Centres.
