Quintessential carries a wide assortment of ladies fashion and accessories including clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, bath and body and baby gifts. POSITION: RETAIL FASHION ASSOCIATE

Retail associates provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to all customers. The sales associate is to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

Other duties would include receiving and processing new stock, light cleaning and organization.

EXPECTED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

*INTEREST IN FASHION!

*Retail/client service industry experience in the fashion industry.

*Comfortable with computer usage.

*Previous cash handling or cashier experience is preferred.

*Comfortable in engaging clients in conversation.

*Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service.

*Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.

*A High School graduate or equivalent.

*Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
