A-Kan Insurance Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building a personal portfolio, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships in the insurance industry.
Duties
- Actively prospect, network, and secure new clients for your own portfolio.
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Building your own pipeline of leads
- Leverage your market knowledge to identify growth opportunities across Commercial and Personal Lines
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and policy options
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients Experience
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales is preferred
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay: $35,373.37-$85,928.55 per year
