Responsibilities:
- Lead building science projects from concept to completion, including new construction and building envelope rehabilitation
- Conduct site investigations, building assessments, and leak diagnostics
- Prepare detailed technical reports, design documentation, and repair strategies
- Perform contract administration, field reviews, and construction oversight
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and engineers
- Mentor and train junior technical staff
Qualifications & Requirements:
- P.Eng. designation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building science
- Proven background in building envelope rehab or new construction projects
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
- Passionate about growing within the building science field and mentoring others
