Description Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of e-Commerce and Advertising, offering a diverse array of digital advertising solutions designed to help customers discover and purchase anything they desire. As our advertising business experiences rapid growth, our team's mission is to leverage science and technology to accelerate this expansion through innovative, best-in-class solutions.
We are an integral part of the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) team, driven by the overarching goal of transforming Amazon into the preferred media destination for advertisers and partners. To achieve this, we focus on developing sophisticated products tailored for front-line sales teams. These tools empower our sales professionals to effectively identify personalized strategic recommendations, ultimately helping brands flourish within the Amazon ecosystem.
Our work is characterized by a deep understanding of both e-Commerce dynamics and advertising principles. We strive to create seamless connections between these two domains, enabling advertisers to reach their target audiences more effectively and efficiently.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Product Manager-technical, you will own creating a multi-year strategy to optimally identify top action-able opportunities for a brand across Sponsored Ads and Amazon Demand Side Product (ADSP). You will need to think big and collaborate with science and engineering teams to build scalable solutions that are personalized for each brand based on their business on Amazon. You will succeed in these endeavors by combining your business acumen, product management chops and technical abilities, with your skills in listening, learning and communicating with a diverse group of collaborators.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
