About the role
On behalf of a provincial government client, Procom is searching for a Senior Organizational Change Manager. This position is a hybrid position with on-site presence one week per month at our client’s Regina office.
Senior Organizational Change Manager - Job Description The project involves delivering comprehensive organizational change management services in support of business transformation projects. The role includes managing stakeholder transitions, collaborating with leaders, and ensuring alignment with the organization's values.
Senior Organizational Change Manager - Responsibilities
- Manage successful internal and external stakeholder transition from current state to future state
- Work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment using business insights to refine change strategies
- Facilitate discussions with leaders and partners to identify emerging change and communication needs
- Engage internal staff, union leadership, and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships
- Build and implement customized, structured change management strategies
- Support corporate initiatives like change networks, training, and leadership
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate change risks
- Coach WCB executives, leaders, and project leads on applying change strategies
- Conduct change readiness and impact assessments to inform planning
- Develop communications to raise awareness, readiness, and engagement
- Create resistance management plans targeting specific audiences
- Establish measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency
- Design and deliver flexible training sessions to all organizational levels
- Ensure compliance with WCB change management standards and practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive change documentation
- Perform other related duties as required
- Provide service full-time and be on-site one week per month in Regina

- Experience with publicly funded organizations in North America
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience in strategic change planning and execution
- Ability to conduct change readiness and impact assessments
