Work Mode: Remote
Location: Remote - Vaughan, Canada
Opportunity Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this position supports the day-to-day supply chain operations, reporting, inventory and replenishment activities. Incumbent will work cross functionally with US Supply Chain, S&OP, and Customer service teams to ensure on time and in fulfillment of orders.
Specific Responsibilities
- Using advanced data analytics report on sales, inventory trends, order patterns, Days/Weeks of stock, late orders, shortages and other related KPIs
- Monitor and report on KPIs and trends such as LOTIF (lines on time in full), OFCT (order fulfillment cycle time), inventory turns, days/weeks on hand, shortages
- Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to communicate inventory and order trends such as lead times, open orders and past dues to internal team and customers
- Work in partnership with supply planning and operations to ensure on time allocations and availability of inventory
- Collaborate with customer service, logistics and operations to ensure fulfillment of priority and/or late orders
- Collaborates on projects which have a significant impact on the Kohler Canada business such as freight optimization, inventory reduction initiatives, direct imports etc. Responsible for all project scopes, timelines, and results. Drives accountability and ensures that projects drive measurable results acceptable to Kohler Canada and/or customers
- Analyzes Demand/Supply imbalances and works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, S&OP, and Canda Sales Team to successfully navigate the outcome in the best interest of Kohler Canada and the customer.
- Prioritizes workload and ensures focus on the right deliverables is in place based on needs of the business. Utilizes functional Supply Chain expertise to execute projects and improve service. Simplifies complex analysis into basic components – turns raw data and information into useful insight.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Power point) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Previous ERP experience preferred
- Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills is required
- Knowledge of Wholesale, Retail, and/or e-commerce channels, and industry trends and changes in Supply Chain is required
- Six Sigma knowledge preferred
- APICS-CPIM certification is an asset
- Travel 1x/month within Ontario for customer visits or team meetings
