Wage: Starting at $19/hour
Workload: 20–30 hours/week, weather and location dependent
Term: Seasonal | June to September
The We Store is on the lookout for high-energy, confident individuals to join our team this summer as Live-Streamed Outdoor Brand Promoter. Candidates must be comfortable being on camera while interacting with the public, energetic, outgoing, and positive. Physical requirements include being on your feet for 3-5 hours per shift. Reliability and staying composed under pressure are essential requirements.
This role is all about creating buzz! Going live on camera and live on the street. You'll be our front-line presence: waving at cars, chatting with passersby, holding signage, playing music, and broadcasting the vibe to our followers in real time.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Go live: Start and end your shift with a livestream — keep the energy high and the brand visible
Wave in traffic: Draw attention to the store and invite vehicles to pull in
Play music: Approved playlists only, no headphones allowed
Engage with pedestrians: Be friendly, outgoing, and memorable
Manage signage: Carry, clean, rotate, and store signs each day
Handle attention: Smile through awkward moments, stay cool with hecklers, and keep the energy up even when it’s slow
