Position Overview:
Harley Academy is seeking a Senior Clinical Trainer to join our growing team of experts in aesthetic medicine. This role is integral to the delivery of high-quality clinical education and the global expansion of Harley Academy’s postgraduate training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical training in aesthetic procedures to healthcare professionals, while upholding the Academy’s commitment to patient safety and academic excellence.
Primary Responsibilities: ● Be an ambassador for Harley Academy ● Deliver exemplary training for our delegates
- lecture based teaching
- 1:1 practical training
- group training
- remote virtual training ● Train our delegates in the areas of facial injectables ● Keep patient safety and satisfaction at the heart of their accountable practice ● Develop and grow educational content with our courses and marketing teams ● Deliver superb clinic service at The Academy Clinic ● Assist with complaint and concern management with patients and students (escalating where appropriate) ● Provide constructive feedback to further improve our courses and position within the Aesthetic Medicine sector. ● Responsible for triaging, coordinating, assessing and treating cosmetic and medical complications. ● Supporting and maintaining patient safety and satisfaction in collaboration with the medical team and front of house, ensuring patient safety remains central to clinical practices and decisions. ● Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation for all patient and student interactions. ● Positively support and motivate all members of our faculty

Educational Development ● Training and assessing competencies of the clinical trainers
Patient Care and Safety ● Supporting and maintaining patient safety and satisfaction in collaboration with the medical team, ensuring patient safety remains central to clinical practices and decisions. ● Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation for all patient and student interactions.
Leadership in Clinical Governance Clinical Standards: ● Play a key role in adapting and delivering our training to align with local regulations and clinical standards. ● Assisting with the maintenance, development and implementation of clinical policies ● Conducting audits for quality assurance processes ● Named prescriber for prescription only medications kept on site and required for patient complication management ● Assisting with medical stock management and auditing processes Skills and Experience:

Essential ● Has experience practicing facial aesthetics with a focus on injectables ● A passion for excellence in teaching ● Has safety and quality outcomes at the heart of all decision making ● Works within the Code of Conduct of relevant professional body ● Participates in continuing professional development activity to maintain high standards of education - this includes attending our educational training days ● Maintains Full Licence to practise (or equivalent Professional Body) and is up to date with Appraisal and Revalidation ● Be a registered prescriber ● Right to work in Canada (unfortunately we are unable to sponsor Visa applications) ● Ability to work independently and within teams ● A positive, energetic, can-do attitude
