Your Role at Iceberg Finance
As a Bilingual Collections & Client Services Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the efficiency of our collections and recovery processes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email

Following up with clients in arrears and managing outstanding accounts
-
Initiating and monitoring legal recovery procedures
-
Coordinating with legal teams on cases sent to litigation
-
Researching client details for enforcement of judgments
-
Liaising with insurance companies in the event of total vehicle losses
-
Coordinating with impound lots during vehicle seizures
-
Collaborating with our investigations team on escalated files

This role is ideal for you if:

You are fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)

You are organized, detail-oriented, and methodical

You have a background in customer service or collections

You’re comfortable using various computer systems and tools

You enjoy working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
